About

Ashley Juarez is an artist from Houston, Texas. During her time at the University of Houston - Clear Lake, she has discovered her passion for ceramics, collage, and fiber arts. As a student, she focused on developing a recognizable style across different media through her use of vivid colors, patterns, and dynamic form.

In her first year, she began working as the lead graphic designer for the Student Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion office on campus, through which she was able to form connections with student leaders and their organizations. These connections led to the opportunity to serve as president of the Art Association at UHCL in 2024-25, highlighting the influence of art and creativity on campus.

She is expected to obtain her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in the Spring of 2026.
